The trade ministry in Beijing said today that companies, including joint companies with Chinese firms, have time 120 days to close since the UN resolution's approval date on 12 September, the Periscope broadcast “Mail” reported.


The UN Security Council unanimously voted to increase sanctions on North Korea, preventing its textile exports and covering fuel supplies.
The UN action came after North Korea had tested the sixth and most dangerous nuclear weapons.
It was the UN Security Council's ninth resolution on ballistic missile programmes and North Korean nuclear programmes since 2006.
The implementation of UN sanctions from China is particularly severe for North Korea.
Beijing is the main ally and Pyongyang's business partner, responsible for about 90 percent of the trade.
The United States has moved China to use its economic leverage to promote North Korea to give up its nuclear ambitions.
