After once turning the decision to the first degree for irregularities in procedures, the court has decided to approve the second ruling issued by the Dubrovnik Court that allowed Ismail Morina's transfer to Serbia following the request it had made.
Under the Supreme Court's decision, Morina's appeal that extradition should be blocked because he thought it would be discriminated against on ethnic grounds and prejudged during a possible unjust trial in Serbia did not stand.
On these grounds, it is set to remain in force a few days ago, handed down by the Court in Dubrovnik, confirming his extradition.
The court must now pass the file to the Croatian Ministry of Justice, as the final decision on extradition or not should be adopted by the relevant minister Drazen Boskanjovic. According to Croatian media, the demand for political asylum Morina has made, though it has not yet been approved, could change the court's decision.
