LDK Chairman Isa Mustafa, through a Facebook status, has asked for debate with citizens on the “subject what the LDK worked for four years in Pristina and what VV” worked for.

Mustafa has said all major projects in Pristina have been done at the time he was head of the capital.

This is his full status:

Honored Citizens

I seek your debate and opinion on the subject of the following days: What the LDK worked for four years in Pristina and what the VV worked for, in various areas.

We all want a well-developed Pristina. This is where we live. Bilateral campaigns and criticism, no matter where they come from, does not make us feel that we have solved our problems. We need to talk with facts about good and weaknesses.

A broad campaign against the LDK government in Pristina took place about four years ago. But despite that, the LDK in the first round received about 44% of civic support for the mayor of the municipality. All the others, P DK, VV, AAK, DP, AKR, and other parties reached 56%. The support was far apart for the LDK. Why? What did we do?

Major projects:

We started the Congeneration project with Thermokos for Pristina's central heating from T steam C Kosova B, project over 30m euros with the European Commission, KFE, Government and Community;

We started building the new water factory in the village of Shkabaj to solve Pristina's water problem for the next 20 years. The municipality with the Government of Kosovo, the German government and the European Commission. The project, also worth over 30m euros.

We built Ibrahim Rugova Square and Zahir Pajaziti Square with higher standards, highly competitive European metropolis squares.

I put the question before you: What big project for Pristina began, or did Vetevendosje begin and complete?

Tomorrow I will give facts about the field of education.
