The Kosovo Assembly has not yet managed to do a regular plenary session, when four months have taken place since holding elections, Koha Ditore writes today.
Initially it had to be three months to build the Parliament and elect the Government. After consisting of themselves, MPs have now turned their attention to local elections.
Consequently, the main parliamentary parties have also delayed sending the names of mayors and members of parliamentary commissions.
Forming parliamentary commissions as the Parliament's working troops is a prerequisite for functioning this institution.
Ministers of the Parliament's work have singled out the approach of MPs.
Albert Krasniqi from the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) has said lawmakers should not replace campaign work.
