Mollyqa: We know who's got SHIK files in his hands.

Vetevendosje MP Dardan Molliqaj, in an interview for the newspaper “Bota today”, has also spoken of the initiative to form a commission that would investigate the work of former Kosovo Information Service (SHIK) and the image of Kadri Veseli, as its chief. Molliqaj has said that the legal base of [...] must be made public.
Moliqaj has said that the legal basis of SHIK's operation, finance and location of files must be made public, which he has said are being held privately.
“On the two mandates has had the initiative to investigate SHIK and we believe a parliamentary investigative commission would do an important job because it would ask about three important things and which would create enough space for the intervention of prosecution and trial, then there are legal grounds for SHIK's functioning that should be made public, then finances of who are financed and where the financials and files are, where those files are. If this service has functioned after a collection of information where the files are submitted to AKI or it's keeping someone in private as we have information that those files are kept somewhere private and all three of these are various violations”, VV deputy has declared.
According to Moliqaj, if Wessel is unable to respond to these three things, the VV with the help of the LDK will also take initiative to collect signatures concerning the commission that will investigate him on the issue.
If Kadri Veselin and other SHIK officials are more likely to argue the legality of these three, then a discussion is opened that the public already knows, because they already have to come and answer to the investigative commission. But the Vetevendosje parliamentary group has not yet made the decision on this, but I am convinced that very soon we will get an initiative like Movement and parliamentary group. I hope this time the LDK has given me the signatures for that even though we have 32 deputies, but we need 40 signatures, respectively, to form the investigative commission. I strongly believe that even because of the public pressure and the personal will of some MPs, for the first time in this mandate we will be able to provide the necessary numbers to begin investigating and establish an investigative commission”, Dardan Moliqaj has been expressed in the interview for “Bota today”.
Molliqaj has stressed that VV has information that SHIK files are kept privately by one of the officials of this criminal organisation, but not by Kadri Wessel.
The information we have and normally it's just information and it's not qualified, and I certainly don't dare to be released in unqualified information is that files are kept privately by one of SHIK officials not Kadri Wessel but another man. What we don't know is where these evidence is, because we have information that they're somewhere, but that's a little bit important because we want to ask them on the official street on the investigative commission where these files are and they'll answer to that. I am very convinced that those files have not been handed over to any institution because there is no legal basis for SHIK's operation and there is no official reporting or official financing, so that everything has been legal and, in turn, closing the international community's eyes and Kosovo institutions”, has added VV deputy Moliqaj.
