The match between Kosovo and Croatia held in Zagreb was interrupted at the 21st minute following heavy field conditions following heavy rainfall.
The result by then was 0-0, and Kosovo wanted to continue the match, but that is not how Croatian captain Modric thought.
“Of course we didn't want to continue the match, because this match is very important for us”, Modric originally said.
“I hope to develop it in better conditions, whenever it is”, the captain of Croats concluded.
