“We will match in military force with the US and they will no longer dare talk about our military capacities,” added Kim Jong.
North Korean leader was present at the launch of the Hwasong-12 missile on Friday.
The rocket reached an altitude of about 770km and traveled 2,000km north of Japan's Hokkaido Island before landing at sea.
