Sabrije Fazliu, in January 2016, needed surgery in the QKUK's Gynecology Department.
Because of her anemia, she had to take two doses of blood and a plasma prior to the surgery, with cerrass while taking the first dose, her condition had deteriorated, KTV reports.
In an emergency it is not intended to survive, meanwhile, the family doubts that its death resulted from changing blood doses and neglect of medical staff.
Despite the videos of family members, which observed the failure of doctors, complaints, and criminal gossip against doctors, or about two years to anyone, no measure has been taken.
According to the family attorney, the Founding Prosecutor is also deliberately dragging the subject, hiding the truth.
Hoxha says that even in the recordings, you see blood rejection by the patient until no one handles it.
Finally, the ombudsman is also seeking new investigations by the prosecution, as well as the Health Ministry for assessment of the state as she was lying in the late hospital.
“In accordance with the competencies and authorisations stemming from the law, as well as in co-operation with all relevant agencies, to take all measures to develop rapid and effective investigations in order to white up the death of the complainer's wife”.
Also in the ombudsman's recommendations, the Constitutional Prosecution has to assess the objective responsibility and subjectives that could facilitate the issue of compensation for the party.
Meanwhile, from the Ministry of Health, this institution has asked to establish a special commission for assessment of the situation, which after assessing the situation on the ground would draft working protocols with strict rules for cases of blood transfusion.
