The Health Insurance Law has remained in the government's drawer unannounced because of the dissolution of the Assembly, even though the government of Isa Mustaf had made some changes.
But this sector's connoisseurs are not satisfied even with the changes that the bill has undergone, as they believe many of their demands for removal or change have not been taken to base.
Now when the new Kosovo Assembly legislature was introduced, actors involved in the issue are demanding that this bill be adopted as soon as possible.
This in order for citizens to avoid continuing to suffer damage, 18 years after the war ended.
The outgoing government had decided to start collecting health insurance prices since early July.
But because of failing to meet the criteria and constant requirements against the Law, it has been forced to suspend it indefinitely.
