Haradinaj will establish what he once called “Z AJADICA”

The issue of forming the Association of Serb-run municipalities continues to be the main requirement of Kosovo Serbs. In fact, according to them, the formation of AKS should take place within a short period.

The country's deputy prime minister -- at the same time for Kthim and Community -- Dalibor Yevtic last night has stated there is no further excuse for non-formation of association.

He has said it is now time for the AKS to be formed as the parties had agreed in Brussels.

Contacted by Indesksonline, the Director of the Information Office at Haradinaj Government, Halil Matoshi, has indicated that the executive still does not have a decision regarding the timing or formation of the Association.

Even according to him when it comes to association, it cannot be determined a time but that all actions will be in accordance with the Law and the Constitution of Kosovo.

When it comes to questioning the Association of Communities with the Serbian Majority, I cannot facilitate the time when but whenever all actions are created will be in accordance with the Kosovo Law and Constitutional Court of Kosovo”, Matosi has said.

Haradinaj and his AAK party opposed ASK, until, together with VV and NISMA, both the opposition and the opposition, they had also protested several times to challenge the foundation of what they called Zajednica.

On the other hand, days ago, the chief of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, has declared that Kosovo institutions, should form the Association of Serb Majorities in accordance with Kosovo laws, and that the institution will not be a parallel structure of Serbs in Kosovo.

It has also encouraged the heads of institutions to make the formation of this association.
