Germany Begins Exile

Bravaria's interior minister, Joachim Hermann, said all the outcasts were convicted of crimes, and at least two were convicted of rape.
Mohammad Asif Abbas, Afghan representatives in the Ministry of Refugees, said that among those expelled there were at least three persons who had committed criminal offences.
These were the first exiles for Germany, for the latter had banned the expulsion of planes to Afghanistan.
German authorities are now reducing the expulsions of three Afghan groups -- those suspected of terrorism, convicted of crimes, and those refusing to verify their identity.
