Bayern Munchen executives reportedly fired coach Carlo Anceplotti after German champions were defeated 3-0 by Paris Saint-Germain in the second group matches.
The Bravares are already searching for a new coach. The news will be formalised through a press conference during Thursday afternoon.
Bayern's executive director, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, had warned there would be consequences after losing, with “The sport Billd” that reported during the morning that a meeting would be held to discuss the future of Anceplotti.
Bayern Munchen's assistant, Willy Sagnol, is expected to sit on German record bench until the new coach arrives, but it is no wonder to stay until the end of the season.
