The European Union has welcomed the formation of the new Kosovo government.
She is the European Commission's spokeswoman, Maja Kocincic, who has invited Kosovo institutions to ensure a quality step in co-operation with Belgrade, Klen Kosova reports.
We welcome the formation of the Kosovo government. We call on the new government to immediately start working on implementing necessary reforms in justice and economy”.
Kosovo needs to improve competitiveness, create new jobs and other opportunities for citizens of its own”, Kocijancic said before the media.
The new government must have an active role in the region and work together with Belgrade in order to achieve qualitative progress in dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, which the EU is mediating”, it has declared.
