Long diaspora expectations on border to ease procedures

Interior Minister Flamur Sefaj has met with Diaspore and Strategic Investments Minister Dardan Gashi, with whom they talked about facilitating our countrymen' expectations across the borders during holiday seasons.

Sefaj has welcomed the Diaspore and Strategic Investments Ministry initiative.

“We are willing to offer full co-operation in order to facilitate border procedures for our fellow countrymen at the border crossings of the Republic of Kosovo”, he said, Kosovo reports.

The two ministers agreed that the Government of Kosovo should do more for Diaspora, either with the process of buying the Green Carton, which by now has been bought in manual form and will be seen as opportunities to be bought online.

During the meeting, the ministers agreed to establish a working group among the parties involved in the process.
