Criminal charge against 13 Ferizaj municipality officials

While the Department of Economic Crimes has filed criminal charges against 13 Ferizaj municipality officials for misuse of official office and for counterfeiting documents, the executive of this municipality has launched investigations within the institution on this issue.

Investigation into these municipal officials has already been launched by the Ferizaj Constitutional Prosecutor, until residents of the neighbourhood “Astiret Bytyqi” dozens of times through petition and official demands have rejected the municipal development draft plan, which already envisions the expansion of the high construction neighbourhood. In addition to municipal officials, in this criminal row which has provided “Koha Ditore”, the name of Urbanism director Faik Grainca also figures.
