Noor Kayol 10 comes from the state of Rakhine, Myanmar, which was forced to flee in recent weeks as a result of the Buddhist military attacks, said “Al Jazeera”, the Periscopi broadcast.
This is a 10-year-old story about the military attacks of Myanmar's army that shot her father to death.
My name is Noor Kajol, and I am 10. I was very happy in my old village because I was studying in the middle, enjoying learning about the Holy Koran, and I wanted to memorize everything. I lived with my family. The house was not too big, but I enjoyed living there.
We had to leave our homes because the army started shooting at us. I was home with my father when he was shot.
The bullet hit him in the head, he fell on the floor, and a lot of blood ran out of his head.
I was really scared, and I've been crying too much. We left, leaving my father at home dead. The army burned our house, even though my father was still inside.
We had to go into the woods and hide there. Then we walked three days to get to Bangladesh. It was hard for me because I was very hungry and I lost my father.
Other people helped us cross the border for free, which was a great help to us. We traveled on a motorcycle boat, but I did not enjoy the trip because I was sad about losing my father. He was a logger, and all the people of my country wanted him. He was a good man and he loved me very much.
I'm very unhappy in Bangladesh because I miss my father so much. It's also very dirty in here; there are no toilets or toilets.
I would like the world to help us return to our country or offer us another place to live in.
About 400,000 Ringya, mainly women and children, have fled to Bangladesh in recent weeks as a result of violence against the civilian population committed by the Myanmar Army./Periscopi/
