Police in London accused an 18-year-old boy of attempted murder and of causing an explosion in the city subway last week.
Police said Ahmed Hasan has been formally charged with deploying an improvised device, which has erupted in part at Parson Green station on September 15th.
Hassan is reported to be from Iraq.
He has been arrested on September 16th until he has attempted to take the ship and flee to France.
Thirty people were injured by the blast.
Police have described the improvised device as the highly dangerous “ ” bomb.
Three more suspects in the case remain in custody.
