The Central Election Commission has not deceertised 86 candidates with a formal decision by the Kosovo Courts, since members of the CEC asked that all candidates be well verified so as not to turn someone off the list for any technical error.
The executive director of the office for registration of political parties and certificate, said on September 8th the political subjects have submitted 5 requests for the removal of candidate lists.
While announcing that out of the more than 7 thousand candidates, 86 candidates are having final judgments by the courts of the Republic of Kosovo.
The office recommends that I deceertise candidates who have a firm form of bias.
Valdete Daka, chairman of the CEC, said they submitted the request to the Judiciary Council on 24 August and the answer came after they made the certificate.
