Timothy Records was declared innocent of the allegations that he killed his brother by stabning him after a quarrel about what device was slowing the WiFi.

Twenty-year-old allegedly stabbed his older brother, as a link between them over which electronic devices were slowing the WiFi.

Timothy Records reportedly killed his 23-year-old brother Nathan Records on Tuesday evening, when they started arguing about what devices were slowing the internet at their house in Massachusetts, the US, according to court documents.

He appeared in court Wednesday and was acquitted of killing his brother and is being held without bail, broadcasting the Express newspaper.

During the fight, police say Nathan Records hit his little brother several times in the face and head.

Timothy Records later went down to the kitchen, took the knife and faced his brother, before he stabbed him in the chest.

Their mother called the police at 19:30 and when the police arrived, they found Nathan Records alive and bleeding on the steps of the house.

The 23-year-old was then taken to the hospital and died of sustained injuries.chichburg Sentinel and Enterprise reported that the brothers had a history of violence between themselves.
