The Autoschool instructor's Trial of Bribery

Peter Boci is accused of being an instructor at the “Geni”, in 2011 he has requested and received money from candidates who would be subjected to the driver's license, promising that the test is provided.

The prosecutor had asked the Court of Appeals that instructor Boci be punished for the exercise of influence, the work from which he was released from the basic court.

Boqi at yesterday's session has been complaining about his status as an official person.

He has widely denied being an official person, and has said he has never faced witnesses.

He has further declared that it is happening to him only because he is a citizen of Albania.

The Actakuz charges Bocin that during the February-April 2011 period in Prizren, in the quality of the official instructor person on Autoscholle “Gen” has exceeded competencies with the aim of illegal profitability of property.

Further in the indictment, Boci reportedly has asked for and taken money from candidates who have been subjected to the driver's license, promising that the test is provided.

The Actakuza says that in 2011, Boci received the sum of between 350 and 650 euros for passing autoschool test by candidates, while in a case for two patent-spher candidates he, according to the indictment, received 850 euros.

The Court of Appeals ruling on prosecution and defence complaints in the case of instructor Boci will take him out of the session and within the set deadline for legal provisions. /Cashho. com
