The Kosovo Tax Administration, based on the operational plan, has continued with operational activity in businesses dealing with the sale of oil derivatives, which are not taxed.
During activities held in the field, tax officials have confirmed that a number of taxpayers, despite invitations through public announcements, as well as visits conducted to install special fiscal equipment and exploit it in accordance with administrative instruction and law, have concluded that a small number of businesses are resisting fiscal crate equipment.
According to an ATK communique, the Kosovo Tax Administration Regional Operations Department, with activities added to the field, have achieved that close to 90% of businesses dealing with the sale of oil derivatives are taxed, while in taxed businesses taking legal measures, such as closing their activity up to final tribalisation.
ATK says it is committed to the continuation of additional activities, with the aim of verifying installations, using fiscal equipment in all of these businesses and their fiscalisation.
