The head of the EU Office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, has called today for Kosovo institutions to be formed as soon as possible.
According to Apostolova, the current political situation in which Kosovo is only hinders it on the road to development.
Those comments, Apostolova, have been given during the signing of the co-operation memorandum with the CEC for monitoring local elections in Kosovo.
CEC Chairman Valdete Daka has said that the CEC will receive all recommendations stemming from the EU observer mission and that monitoring the elections only increases confidence, while adding that foreign missions expect them to submit their demands for election observers.
