The murder of Judge Fildes Hafizi appears to have been a deliberate and planned crime in detail by former man of the victim, citizen Fadil Kasemi. The latter turns out that he was ambushed by his ex-wife, who shot him with a gun without a single word exchange, writes “Pnorama”.
Sources confirmed by the investigation group have said that managing evidence at the scene, questioning witnesses and verifying security cameras that have filmed the event has whitened the dynamics of serious crime.
Given this dynamic that has already started to be built by the investigative group, the court's possibility of murder has resulted from a immediate debate with the former husband.
Based on camera footage and collected evidence, 53-year-old turns out to have followed the judge in its movements.
Once the victim entered the wig, parking at the door of this environment, Fadil Kasemi has stayed in the distance. He followed the former wife's movements from a distance of 15-20 m.
Security cameras and witnesses have made it dark that when the judge got out of his wig and headed for her vehicle, the perpetrators' author, Fadil Kasemi, was at a 10m distance behind the vehicle.
With the goal of not being noticed, he has drawn close to that side - the direction behind the car - and the murder weapon.
MEKANISM OF THE VARES
From the footage of the security cameras, there's a victim coming out of his hair and getting in the car. She was wearing the seat belt while the driver's window was half open.
The author, who was about 30 feet [10 m] from the back of the car, quickly approaches and shoots the victim immediately. Witnesses and images of security cameras clearly show that there was no communication or debate between the judge and her ex-husband.
“From film footage it seems that the suspected author shoots twice and seems to have had no communication. So the shocks were done immediately”, said yesterday a source from the investigation, writes “Panorama”.
According to him, the first blow was fired from a distance of about 20 inches [20 cm] and the second closer. This mosaic of the event has been shaped by surveillance cameras, witness questioning, and combining these two with evidence fixed at the crime scene.
Based on all these elements, according to the North Crimes Prosecutor, the murder of 39-year-old Judge Fildes Hafizi has been intended and planned in detail by the victim's former husband.
The prosecution rules out at least for the moment the possibility of killing because of some now-time dispute or debate.
