139 students benefit scholarships

The German-Kosovo Economic Oda in co-operation with the Union of Albanian Business in Germany, headquartered in Koln, for the third year in a row, share scholarships for students from the year 2nd to the Bachelor level for all profiles at Kosovo Public University.

Stock sharing is enabled by the Union of Albanian Businesses in Germany. Union member companies have allocated a special fund for the stock exchange programme by a scholarship of 100 euros a month for an academic year. This year, the number of beneficiaries has increased from 100 to 139.

According to an OECGK report, to help students with heavier social conditions, encouraged students with higher grades and generally advanced women's position in Kosovo, the Union of Albanian Business in Germany and O THE project is designed to promote the education of girls/women and empower them.

These scholarships have been given to girls on average during studies on 8.00 and coming from families with difficult economic conditions. Priorities in these applications have had students coming from families of war categories. German-Kosovo Economic Oda and the Union of Albanian Businesses in Germany wish successes in stock exchange winners, but other applicants too!

The stock exchanges-sharing ceremony will take place September 30th from 10:00 in Mona Hall, Capital Gate building (World Bank/Deloitte) in Fushe Kosovo
