1.8m euros, Germ object sold

Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) today at the opening ceremony of sales bids no. 35 through the liquidation method announced the highest prices offered for the assets of social companies available for sale.

For 64 assets being sold through this total tender wave were accepted 151 bids, and the overall value of higher bids was 7,401,518 euros.

The AKP has sold Pristina's “Grmia” locale “Ulpiana” for 1.8m euros.

He had 15 bidders.

The surrender of bids by investors, the opening of bids and the publishing of the results was made transparently, before media representatives, the Kosovo Economic Ode, the Kosovo Lawyers' House and the investors present.

The AKP is an independent body founded by the Assembly of Kosovo and has the mandate and authority for selling or carrying companies or assets of private-purchasers, or liquidating them, always through an open process, transparent, competitive and without delay. /21Media
