Where are the numbers?

For two months coalition chairman PAN has repeatedly declared that they have the necessary numbers in the Assembly to select the head parliament and form the Government. But, in their first attempt, they didn't have the numbers either to postpone the session for two hours and leave it to them. Kadri Wessel. [...]
Coalition The PDK-AAK-Nisma (PAN) failed to elect Kadri Veselin chairman of the Kosovo Assembly at the session invited for yesterday, thus exposing the leaders of this coalition as having the necessary votes of MPs.
The August 3rd session began late and without the PAN's presence, but even after the deputies of this coalition arrived, it was asked that the president's election be delayed for two hours.
After much disagreement between the political blocs, the head of the session, the oldest MP, Adem Mikulovci, closed the session around 12:00, though 60 MPs voted in favour of the postponement and 60 others opposed it.
However, although the session was again called back at 1500 Thursday, the coalition PAN decided to unanimously boycott him.
In this case, Miculovz announced the session again, calling it out for the day at 10:00. Despite that, Blerand Stavileci from the coalition PAN has announced during a afternoon conference that they will not be part of the session called for Friday, as he has said, without changing the usurping mentality of institutions.
Meanwhile, after the PAN boycott representatives of the <x0 movement Vevendosje” and the LAA coalition considered that this coalition is not aimed at forming institutions. They stressed once again that Kadri Veselini will not vote for chairman of the Parliament, but still urged the PAN to come to the session today and unlock the institutions, running another person for the post of deputy, not Kadri Veselin./Zeri
