Mario Hvala, the barber in Novi Sad, Serbia's second largest city, has a desire for famous portraits, using the head of his clients as a preferred canvas.
And the most recent case is the creation of the North Korean dictator's portrait.
The viral video has already collected 120,000 views since it was released online on August 24th.
Hair tattoo appears to be gaining a pull among young people in Eastern Europe, judging by the Facebook profile in Hvala, which includes other portraits.
