“Sputnik” interviewed a former senior leader of the notorious Serbian military service KOS, Lieutenant Colonel Ljuban Karan, respectively.
The former Serbian counterintelligence leader stresses that Bosnia and Presevo will now be the territory of the new war.
By “Sputnik”, NATO will be forced to go to review the Dayton Agreement, which split Bosnia into two cantons and has created a state practically like Republika Srpska, which does not provide any accounts at the Confederation, but only uses it to achieve its goals, broadcast “eshesh. com”
And as “writes Sputnik”, after launching discussions on Dayton review, will erupt the new Balkan conflict to reunite Bosnia.
Lieutenant Colonel Karan, the man who worked long for Serbian service and now appears to be a close associate of the Russians, declared for “Sputnik” that Croatia's heavy arming with sophisticated American systems and also Serbia's with such Russian systems is just the beginning of a military conflict that he always says “epilog will have with Albanians in southern Serbia”. Here, of course, it refers to Presevo.
Although this sounds strange, it seems to have a bearing on political reality.
Ilir Meta, the new president of the Republic, the first meetings as head of the Albanian state, did exactly with the two political figures of Presevo -- the head of the National Albanian Council, Jonuz Musliu, and the mayor of Presevo municipality, Ardita Sinani, where the <x0-> solution of the probmilms was mentioned under Serbia”.
Meta himself said that in the official Community of the Presidency. But why had anyone questioned outside Serbia?
This action by the head of the Albanian state, apparently was carefully studied by the Russians, who have done their analysis, of course not so local but as the region.
“Sputnik” in its writing stresses that “The North Atlantic Alliance's objective is to remain a necessary factor for non-member countries to realise its goals towards Russia”.
Former Serbian Counterdiscovery Official (KOS), Ljuban Karan, in his interview says “NATO has a plan to fully own the Balkans, mainly because of fears of Russian influence, and the best example for this is Montenegro. Macedonia's entry is now required, but the problem is how to own Republika Srpska”.
And here “Sputnik” mentions Dayton revision.
This would bring a conflict and possibly Russia could intervene. Just to protect the Balkans has the missile system been established NATO in Romania, while Poland's is to protect the background of Europe”, the former top Serbian counterintelligence officer emphasises.
“NATO does not want us to be militarily neutral. NATO believes it is strong enough and may force us to be part of it.
It is recently trying to achieve its goals without weapons, but the situation is not the same as during the 1990s, because there is now a Russian-Chinese interest zone. NATO is using the force as a threat”, Karan Lieutenant Colonel said.
And in the analysis, it comes to the Albanian “risk”.
Former Serbian counterintelligence, which is taken not without purpose from “Sputnik” as expert, stresses that “NATO uses the Croatian and Albanian element as a subversive to guide it against Serbs.
An old recipe is being followed: Croats and Bosniaks have territorial claims on Republika Srpska, while Albanians for Presevo.
An independent Kosovo is not the ultimate goal of Albanians, but they want Presevo, which no one can get without war.
NATO has been working since the 1990s on the sundogging model, as is common to the empire”, says the man interviewed by “Sputnik”
