Even today, the new deputies of the Kosovo Assembly had the upper hand of the hall where constant sessions were to be held. But from the beginning it was seen that the session will fail after PAN deputies were absent.
That was said before the older MP's session, at the same time as the chairman of the session, Adem Mikulovci.
Mikulovci said that without being elected chairman and vice-presidents the process cannot move forward, as PAN's right to head of the Assembly rests with PAN.
Miclovci has said they will accept a candidate other than Kadri Veseli but will not accept the conditions offered by the chairman of the country. Kadri Wessel's PDK.
A statement was issued by the new MP from AKR ranks Labinot Tahiri.
He was recently accused of voting PAN, but today Tahiri said he will vote on the basis of his party's stances, the AKR.
Tahiri said he is willing to wait for parliamentary groups of other parties to gather and decide for the session meeting.
He has said Ramush Haradinaj votes only if he decides his own party.
According to him, if Ramush Haradinaj is not elected prime minister some of the politicians are guilty and would regret it because he deserved it.
The only one who came to the session by PAN, Milaim Zeka, said he came to attend the Constituent session, though The PAN has decided not to attend the session at all.
As there were no quorums, the session was interrupted with the proposal that at 12: 00 p.m. a meeting be held with the chiefs of parliamentary groups and Parliament Speaker Adem Miklovci.
LDK MP Armend Zemaj said after the hearing that the PAN's presence shows they do not have the majority to create institutions.
AKR chairman Behxhet Pacolli has reiterated that the last solution he finds more logical is a comprehensive government of all parliamentary parties.
And, The PDK will return to the session after a consensus is reached among political parties to set a new session. PDK has read this position before journalists in the lobby of the PDK's elected deputy, Blerta Deliu.
It, on behalf of the PDK, has called for the institutional and legal spirit to be restored as soon as possible in order to build democratic institutions as sound based on the spirit of law.
