The PDK has named Moliqaj the ringleader and chief of Shpend, based on the reactions Molliqaj made every time the abuses in Pristina municipality are denounced, and for which The PDK considers that Moliqaj has great responsibility, especially in employing militants from around Kosovo to Pristina's municipality.
Full reaction of the PDK branch in Pristina:
Vetevendosje's subterranean, Dardan Moliqaj, also known as Shpend Ahmeti's real chief and the man who leads with Pristina, could not react tonight. And that's what he does every time he finds out about the clowns and relatives of his puppet at the helm of Pristina, Shpend Ahmeti.
