Wessel has said he is launching it with the presentation of candidates for local elections from Prizren to show his particular commitment to this city.
“The PDK in Prizren has been and is the top political and historical centre not only of Albanians around the world. At the same time, Prizren will be the focus where there will be rapid economic development. By the will of Prizren citizens, Shacir Totaj will be the next chairman of Prizren. With the modesty that characterizes this city, and with mutual devotion I am convinced that we will achieve victory on October 22nd. Victory, which will be the victory of Prizren's citizens, the victory to turn this pearl into a place to which we will be proud of” Vessel said.
For his part, Shaqir Tota thanked the structure, leadership and, in particular, the PDK chairman who took courage and vision for the candidates to choose one who has been out of politics.
I believe with broad support, together we will succeed. I'm optimistic. I am aware that it will be a challenge but also an opportunity for opening new prospects” Totaj said.
Shacir Totaj, is one of the founders of the Tax Administration in Prizren, praising him for several job engagement awards. In 2009-2010 he conducted a specialization in America with the support of the American Embassy. Also, from 2011 it is the chairman of the Union Basketball Club in Prizren.
