Crootne won the auction for 23-year-olds, for which the SPAL had also shown interest in Serina A, Palermo in Serina B, but also Freiburg in German Bundesliga.
However, Ajjet chose the Calabres project because it is expected to play a protagonist role while being praised for good technical and physical skills, as well as for the strength in duels with opponents and in combat in the air. Red defenders join the team led by Davide Nicola with the borrowing formula until the end of the season, while a clause for the right to final purchase of the football card is included in the contract.
