According to Krasniqi, in democratic societies, it does not happen that after confidence is taken from the parliamentary majority, the government will appoint new ministers.
Such situation, Krasniqi recalls there were three years ago, but that new ministers were not appointed.
Such appointments are entirely political and illegal, Krasniqi emphasises.
This is his full status:
Where has the new ministers been appointed by the government, who has been taking over distrust by the founding body, the Parliament?
Civil society, independent media, independent and independent intellectuals and principled politicians, that at least they would have to ask: Has it happened in any democratic society and where it happened that the Government, which has been confident by the parliamentary majority with the motion of disbelief, appointed new ministers (only his party) and make decisions like Kosovo's prime minister is acting?
We had a similar situation three years ago, but the government in resignations continued working without new appointments, even in 2010, but there was no appointment of ministers after resignations. It is clear with these actions harming Kosovo's budget, even poor. Will the new ministers even enjoy the rights of the previous ministers? Then, does the government have law that would enable such appointments? Is that not what is being done to reward a joint party?
In such cases as our case, governing actions are largely administrative, so they are not political. The ministers' appointments, and not only these, are political leaders and as such are illegal. Strange is not what is happening at the Kosovo executive. Strange is the silence of organised segments of Albanian society in Kosovo? Disturbing is the low rate of response to the negative phenomena that happen around us.
Why are parliamentary political parties silenced by the phenomenon, the phenomenon of misuse of public money? Or, are they not willing to spoil things with the expected or possible “coalitions? For the loudest of our politics, this silence is at least principled!
