The huge flow of cars, as well as frequent accidents, has prompted the Kosovo Police to toughen measures with the aim of raising the level of security and preventing traffic accidents.

Police have created a task force, which will exclusively deal with control, treatment and security improvement, KTV reports.

Sergeants Arsim Gollubovci and Gazmend Selimi are together on the ground every time, where they are implementing this police plan.

They say that they are all the same, and there are no relief measures for anyone who violates traffic regulations.

Citizens have welcomed the action.

According to Milaim Zamenu, commander of regional traffic, compared to four days ago, traffic accidents have been markedly reduced, while fatally eliminated.

This plan will last this month, but Commander Zejnullahu says that since the first few days were successful, it can be extended longer.
