King Salman was hosted by Morocco's Prime Minister Saadddin Othman at Tangier Airport in July, before being accommodated in his luxury summer palace, local media write, broadcast Express.
The king arrived in Morocco on summer vacation in the company of over 1,000 people, reports the newspaper Haaretz. Ministers, advisers and relatives are enrolled in the town's most luxurious hotels, writes Express.
This year's visit by Salman is being welcomed as support for the local economy, and this visit is expected to represent 1.5 per cent of foreign tourism revenues, according to the Spanish newspaper Vanguardia.
