Kim Jong threatens again

North Korea has returned to threats against the United States.

Peniani has named the joint military exercise of American and South Korean troops as reckless behavior leading to nuclear war. But according to Washington, this threat will not impede the development of training as planned.

State media reported that leader Kim Jong would assess the future movement of the United States before giving the order for action, the Oranews broadcasts.

According to administration officials Trump and the US Army, the 10-day joint exercise will be conducted as planned.

This cooperation between Washington and Seoul is antagonizes Peniani, who views it as a practice for conquest.

However, the United States and South Korea say that training is merely protective.
