“32% of all new employees last year came to work through private contacts and in smaller companies, the percentage is even higher, 47%”, the Employment Agency said in Nuremberg, citing regular polls that have been conducted among employers.
21% of the new jobs were found through the internet employment platform, both in privacy and in those of the Federal Employment Office.
11 %s have found a job through labour advertising on company websites, 10% have found a job through newspaper advertising, and the same percentage is employed on the basis of self-initive bids.
In Germany in 2016, 3.65 million jobs have been completed, most of which, 44 %, go to small and medium enterprises up to 50 employees.
