Publicist Flaka Surroi has commented on an AAK statement that reminds political rivals that the involvement of Serbs in institutions is a constitutional category, stressing that “is how you cooked it yourself”.
Surroi says the AAK has short memories, until it reminds it that members of the Constitutional Commission came from all political parties, including the AAK, writes Periscopi.
“So backwater cooking was AAK”, writes Surroi.
Full comment:
“Presentation of Kosovar Serbs (in context Serbian List) in the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo is a constitutional category, and in each combination they must be part of institutions, because that's how you cooked it yourself”
So says the AAK.
As a reminder of this party's brief memory: the members of the Constitutional Commission were representatives of all political parties, i.e. the AAK. So the back dish was the AAK.
The Kosovo Constitution has also been voted down by AAK deputies so twice as much.
The constitution does not say that the Serbian party, whatever it is, should be part of the government coalition. The constitution says two ministers should be Serbs, and that does not mean they should definitely be members of any party.
There is a huge difference between the election of two Serbs government ministers and the establishment of the government, which depends on the vote of 10 Serbs.
