Vladimir Putin. The surprise move instructed civil defence officials to move residents to <x0 safe” at the country's distant birth.
“gave the order to transfer 1,500 people to safe areas”, a Russian media that has close ties to Russian security services reported “Mass”. The Order came from the Russian Emergency Ministry regional department. Russia has a 24-mile land border with North Korea.
It was not clear where the 1,500 inhabitants moved. North Korea has declared that launching a missile on Japan was the first “step of military operations in the Pacific, signalling plans for other rockets.
State media also reiterated threats to the American island of Guam, which it called “an advanced base invasion”. The rockets launched Tuesday passed Japan's Hokkaido Island, activating war alarms. The UN Security Council has unanimously condemned North Korea for its actions. The Council said in a statement that the regime's actions were a threat to all UN member states. Russia and China said US military activity in the region was partly guilty of increasing tensions and spurred the start of negotiations.
