Hours after the accident marked yesterday afternoon, civil emergency workers were able to clean and reopen the highly frequent railway transport that enabled the link to Alexandria's large metropolis on the Mediterranean coast since the Egyptian capital.
Since the accident, the balance continues to rise. This morning, Health Ministry spokesman Khaled Mowjahed announced 41 deaths and more than 120 injuries.
