Edi Rama: That's what made us leave the Allies

The urgency of change forced us to leave the Allies and was embedded in the red and black flag of change.

The SP is going to be here but the gravity center of this new force, which will modernise the empowering of governance and politics itself if we take it wholeheartedly, its creation.

So this government must be decided on the heart of the ruling coalition with citizens.
