Driton Chaushi will run for head of Gjakova

Dear fellow citizens of Gjakova,

After a long time, when we had almost lost hope, civic courage for change prevailed in our country. V victory In the last election, it's the light that appeared at the end of the tunnel where 17 years have been unjustly introduced to us.

This real change taking place in Kosovo will take even greater momentum in local elections and affect our city.

Despite the pledge you gave me by choosing me as an MP, the need for changes in our municipality made me return to Gjakova. So after consulting with VV activists and structures, friends and friends of Gjakova's fellow citizens who want her without saving and unconditional love, I saw the need to run for the mayor.

The great support of the citizens and the need for real change in our municipality are for me and the activists of the Movement inexorable duty to try with all our strength that Gjakova to restore greatness.

But our work and effort will be insufficient without the commitment of all of you. While those who destroy our country will flock to the old form of government, the rest of us who want changes need to be even stronger about the model of good governance.

We cannot allow the return of those who destroyed Gjakova. We can't let them desecrate our municipality again. We who love a Gjakova with development, well-being, justice and dignity are the majority. All we need is to be together!
