Two years of Demarketing Agreement

It has been two years since the signing of the border demarcation agreement between Kosovo and Montenegro. But this agreement never found implementation in Kosovo.
The opposition led by Ramush Muhaldinaj was against that demarcation, which led to major protests. Also, for two consecutive years the topic of the debate in Kosovo was this issue, until, on the part of the international factor, it was set as a condition to gain visa liberalisation, ratification of the agreement. Meanwhile, Montenegro has ratified the agreement in the country.
