Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has appeared before the court in Spain on Monday to testify about charges of tax evasion.
According to Mundo Deporactivos, Portuguese could be severely punished if convicted of tax evasion.
Ronaldo could be sentenced to 75m euros and 15 years in prison if he is eventually convicted of avoiding a 14.7m-euro tax.
