CHAA-organised table recommendations on PANUI case

Hoti: Institutions to Form Under Constitution

Vetevendosje Movement MP Glauk Konjufca has blamed the PAN coalition for institutional blockade in the Assembly, Periscopi broadcast.

He cited the possibility of what would happen if the Serbian List came first in the election.

The main problem is with the Constitutional Court. It takes reform from A to ZH. What if a party that wants Kosovo's bankruptcy comes first? What if the Serbian List had emerged the first party. The anti-Kosovo party. What needs to be done. Don't be a hostage to a subject. It's good to be asked if that right could be consumed if it's not exploited. Political subjects solve this situation. The constitution should be clear and not leave space for discussion. Do not allow space for an anarchist party to block the state in the future. This crisis has brought something good.
