As for what AKR chairman Behgjet Pacolli has given the 10-day term to the Democratic League of Kosovo and Vetevendosje Movement to agree on forming the Government, Makolli says he has made these parties deal on paper.
Moreover, he says it has only been an incentive for the opposition to agree.
It also rules out the possibility that any AKR MP will vote whether Kadri Veselin for Parliament Speaker or Ramush Haradinaj for prime minister.
