According to the French newspaper L Equipe, there is a full agreement between the Barcha and Demela camp on a long-term contract. Catalans now must negotiate the award with Dortmund, and the paper says the latter have come to approximately 100m euros.
The 20-year-old was linked to the Catalans last summer, when he was still a French team player, Stade Rennais, but chose to join the BVB.
However, his decision paid the dictators, after the Frenchman managed to score 10 goals and assisted 22 times during the 2016-17 season.
Demble would somehow go towards replacing Neymar, who recently joined Paris Saint-Germain for record 222m euros.
