The man who raised fears with the flag of ethnic Albania at the Belgrade stadium was for weeks awaiting the decision.
Today's decision comes after the Croatian Supreme Court again restored the case to the First Stairway.
Numerous red fans inside and outside Albania have strongly opposed the decision, calling on Prime Minister Rama and relevant authorities to take steps not to extradite him.
