5 PAN Failures

While they were busy drafting this strategy, and softening discontent within the party for the loss of elections, The PDK started with procrastinating the process of establishing new ruling institutions that would emerge from the fourth legislature. Thus, the rush of enthusiasm they had voted for the change would stop.

Procrastination of this process began since the announcement of the final election results of June 11th 2017, which the Central Election Commission did not announce until July 8, 2017, nearly a month after the election ended.

After that, the next institutional procrastination continued. Most people designed what institutions would look like, but the constant session wasn't being called. The numbers became the most coveted word of public discussion in Kosovo. Which was the lack of numbers for the chief speaker, the reason why not the hearings were called, was soon deciphered by opinion. The call of the session was postponed until July 24th 2017, when the president of the Republic of Kosovo decided that the Constituent Assembly session would be held on August 3rd 2017.

Since then, 5 constitutional sessions have been held in which coalition PAN failed in each of them.

The Assembly has gathered with 3, 4, 10, 14 August and 16 August, and a very simple process has not yet occurred -- the proposal for the chief parliament.

Despite the many days going by, the losses Kosovo is undergoing, meanwhile, and despite the 5 official opportunities it had The PAN failed to propose the candidate for the post of Parliamentary, which they claim. But even after that, in public procedures, no PAN member could argue what the PAN is leading the country into crisis. All of their proposals with the fiction and justification were so incredible that these occurred at the same time when news was published that PAN is trying to smuggle MPs individually for the security of votes they lack.

Nothing new is expected even at the next session they themselves requested at the latest consultative meeting.
