Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has decided to go to Brussels tomorrow to meet with Serbian State Chief Aleksandar Vucic.
This meeting also marks the new beginning of dialogue at the presidential level. This format of dialogue has been rejected by LDK) and NISMA for Kosovo.
“November, in Brussels, within the dialogue on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, together with Mogerini and Serbia's president, we will discuss and exchange initial ideas about how we will continue dialogue in the new phase and the goals we aim to achieve within the normalisation process”, President Thaci has announced in his profile in Facebook.
However, Thaci has invited all parliamentary parties to be part of dialogue with Serbia, calling the process a state interest.
“Taking over the numerous tasks awaiting new institutions that should be created without delay, I invite all political parties and the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo to entities on all issues of state interest. The dialogue on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia is precisely a priority issue of state interest, so I will work decisively to be united as state institutions and political parliamentary parties without exception”, he added.
